We endeavour to get your item(s) posted to you as soon as possible. Shipping includes normal and express postage options - both with tracking that will be provided as soon as the order is dispatched with Australia Post. Once the order has been dispatched, please use the Australia Post tracking website/app to monitor its journey to you. Kindly ensure your postal address is accurate as once the parcel has been registered with Australia Post, the address cannot be changed.
For custom orders, please refer to the Custom Order tab. Alternatively, if you would like to include images for reference in your custom order, you may also add those in an email to us at [email protected].
Unfortunately no refunds or returns are accepted due to a change of heart once it has been posted. If repair or replacement is needed, please contact us in order for us to rectify the issue.
